The Dynamics Solutions team recently discovered a report conducted by LinkedIn Talent Solutions, where they explored the “Future of Recruiting 2023.” The report provides a detailed analysis of the challenges, new trends, and predictions for the future of recruiting agencies during an unprecedented time. We felt it is important to highlight 3 predictions we came across in this report.

1. Recruiters should have a say over salaries.

With inflation rising, the job market has become increasingly competitive. According to the report, compensation is the #1 concern/priority (“Future of Recruiting 2023,” LinkedIn Talent Solutions) for candidates seeking new opportunities during these difficult times. It is therefore important that recruiters begin conversations about pay increases to keep in parity with inflation. Additionally, recruiters must advocate on behalf of their candidates to ensure compensation remains competitive.

2. Recruiters must rely on the message behind their branding.

As many companies are resulting in enormous layoffs, it's become extremely competitive for recruiters to seek potential candidates who fit the right roles, but also it’s become difficult to find new job opportunities. We find that it's important for recruiters to rely on the employer branding to ensure they are conveying the right message to candidates and companies. They need to know what you as a recruiter can bring to the table.

3. Generative AI can assist with the recruitment process

As Generative AI is becoming more popular, recruiting companies are beginning to use this new technology to assist with the recruitment process. This tool is useful for crafting job descriptions and personalized messages for candidates. This gives recruiters the opportunity to devote their time and attention to their candidates.
