Luis Martinez is creating opportunities for underrepresented tech entrepreneurs - Latinx Heritage Month

In celebration of Latinx month, the Dynamics Solutions team would like to give the spotlight to Luis Martínez, MSOL a Founder and CEO of We Tha Plug, an organization whose mission is to advocate tech entrepreneurship in Pan African, Latinx and in many underrepresented communities by providing access and resources on early stage startup.

Luis is a Afro-Latino raised in Brooklyn, NY. He first discovered the entrepreneurial world in the early 2000s when he first started selling vacuum cleaners. Eventually, he realized his interest in tech when later he began working as an internet salesman. 

Luis volunteered his time working in many start-ups in San Diego where he soon realized the lack of Black and Latinx entrepreneurs in the space. This led to the idea and creation of his organization, We Tha Plug. 

Like many influential tech entrepreneurs, Luis continues to work towards leveling the playing field for communities of color in the tech space. Dynamics Solutions, LLC wants to celebrate Luis’ accomplishments.
